Altuve (hamstring) remains out of the lineup Saturday against the Mariners. Renewed hamstring discomfort knocked Altuve out of Wednesday's game and he's now set to miss a third straight start. The 25-year-old said Thursday that he was feeling slightly better than 80 percent, but the issue has been lingering and the Astros could hold him out again Sunday if they have any reservations about the health of his hamstring.
