Logan went down with an apparent injury after throwing a pitch that walked Brandon Belt in the eighth inning of Wednesday's game, Cleveland.com's Paul Hoynes reports.
EDGE Analysis
Logan recorded three outs during his time on the mound, but was clearly hampered by an injury following his 3-2 pitch to Belt during Wednesday's contest. The reliever was replaced by Bryan Shaw, although there has yet to be any word on what caused Logan to leave the game. The Indians will likely release information on the left-hander's condition following the conclusion of the game.

Logan has a 2.95 ERA and 1.15 WHIP over 18.1 innings (34 appearances) this season.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran left-hander is holding lefties to a .233/.313/.349 slash line in 43 at-bats, and has also stifled right-handed hitters in fewer opportunities. Logan has a 25:6 K:BB but has only pitched a full inning in 10 of his appearances this season, limiting his viability as a consistent option in standard formats.

Logan has given up three earned runs on five hits and two walks over his last 6 appearances (3.2 innings).
EDGE Analysis
The Indians' situational lefty owns a 3.46 ERA and 1.38 WHIP for the season across 13 innings. Logan will see occasional high-leverage situations and has a 9.7 K/9, but still has a limited role and has not recorded an out in eight of his 27 appearances.

Through his first 19 games as a member of Cleveland, Logan owns a 2.00 ERA and 1.11 WHIP with a 12:2 K:BB over nine innings.
EDGE Analysis
Logan is proving what made him such an attractive offseason acquisition for the Tribe. Left-handed batters are hitting just .200 off the southpaw, and Logan's 12.0 K/9 is a career-best ratio. Additionally, the 32-year-old's 1.20 FIP is well below the 3.95 mark he's compiled over his first 11 seasons. Although Logan's been great in his role, it is a limited one, and a job that doesn't offer much fantasy value.

Logan has appeared in 10 games and tossed 4.2 innings out of the bullpen, registering a 1.93 ERA.
EDGE Analysis
Often thought of as a lefty specialist, Logan has pitched better righties this season, as they are 1-for-7 against him. Meanwhile, lefties are 4-for-11. Nonetheless, the 32-year-old rarely throws a full inning. Out of his 10 appearances, he has faced more than two batters only three times.

Logan needed just one out to secure his first hold as an Indian in Tuesday's contest with Texas.
EDGE Analysis
Logan has appeared in the team's first two regular-season games and he was removed after retiring a single hitter in each. What owners have seen is what they will get from the 32-year-old. Logan has offered strong strikeout ratios throughout his 11 previous MLB seasons, but he simply won't log enough innings to make that matter much.

Discounting his spring debut, Logan has allowed just one run while striking out eight hitters in his last six Cactus League appearances (5.2 innings).
EDGE Analysis
Logan's first exhibition outing (four runs on two hits and two walks) can be thrown to the wayside. The Tribe's prize bullpen acquisition has since settled in and looks more like the southpaw that held hitters to a .166 BAA over 66 games last season. Logan's role on his new team probably won't be as fantasy-relevant as it was in Colorado the past three years, but he still can offer numbers in deep settings. If Andrew Miller or Cody Allen unexpectedly miss time, then Logan's value will get an immense boost.

Logan will be used to lighten the load on fellow-lefty Andrew Miller and limit the latter's exposure to right-handed hitters, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
Logan gives Francona an experienced lefty who held left-handed batters to a .142 average (.477 OPS) last season with Colorado. The veteran is entering his 12th major league season after notching a career-high 27 holds with the Rockies last year. He's expected to handle a heavy workload for the Tribe in 2017, but with Miller in the way, Boone, who has 50 holds over his last 126 appearances, may see a slight dip in hold opportunities.

Logan signed a one-year, $5.5 million contract with the Indians on Tuesday, Jordan Bastian of MLB.com reports.
EDGE Analysis
The deal was agreed upon last week, but the Indians officially announced the signing on Tuesday, designating Austin Adams at the same time to make room on the roster. Logan has been dominant against lefties over his career, holding opponents to a .142 batting average while posting a 40:9 K:BB ratio against 119 batters in 2016. He'll be an important part of the stacked Indians bullpen in 2017.

Logan agreed to a contract with the Indians on Thursday pending a physical, Ken Rosenthal of FOX Sports reports.
EDGE Analysis
The terms of the contract are currently unknown, but this move is big for Cleveland's bullpen. Although they already have one of the best lefties in the game residing in their bullpen (Andrew Miller) as well as Ryan Merritt and Shawn Morimando competing for innings, Logan has been one of the top LOOGY's in the league for quite some time, most recently holding opposing lefties to a .142 batting average while posting a 40:9 K:BB in 119 chances. The 32-year-old may not be as prominent of a piece as he was in the Rockies bullpen, but he should continue to eat up a significant number of innings if he can continue to get left-handed hitters out consistently.
