Bradley picked up the save, striking out one in a perfect ninth inning of a 7-6 win Sunday over Baltimore.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley needed only six pitches to complete the frame and earn his first save of the season. The 29-year-old was called upon rather than closer Raisel Iglesias and got the job done. The righty lowered his season ERA to 9.45, recording his first save for Los Angeles. The closer role is firmly Iglesias' and this was nothing more than an isolated opportunity to close for Bradley as Iglesias received a day of rest.

Bradley gave up three runs on four hits while retiring only one batter against Baltimore on Friday.
EDGE Analysis
The veteran reliever entered in the sixth inning with the Angels down by two runs, but that deficit ballooned to five by the time the frame was over. Bradley allowed four straight singles before recording his first (and only) out, and three of those hitters eventually came around to score. The right-hander's first campaign with Los Angeles if off to a rough start, as he has posted a 11.12 ERA and 1.76 WHIP across 5.2 innings thus far.

Bradley (oblique) signed a one-year, $3.75 million contract with the Angels on Thursday, Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley has 30 career saves, including two last season, but Raisel Iglesias has a firm grip on the closer role in Anaheim. Bradley's experience in the role should make him one of the top alternatives should Iglesias struggle or get injured, though his statline last year had some discouraging signs despite a respectable 3.71 ERA. Most notably, his 17.9 percent strikeout rate was nowhere near closer material and game in far below the 26.5 percent mark he managed over the previous four seasons. He ended the year on the injured list with an oblique issue, a problem he also battled early in the season.

Bradley landed on the injured list with an oblique issue Saturday, Matt Gelb of The Athletic reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley battled an oblique problem earlier in the year and wound up missing over a month in April and May. This time around, the issue will end his regular season, as he'll hit the 10-day injured list with just nine days left to play. Whether or not he'll have a chance to play in the playoffs should the Phillies make a late push remains to be seen. He'll finish the year with a 3.71 ERA, 1.43 WHIP and two saves. He may have been lucky to reach that respectable ERA, however, as his 17.9 percent strikeout rate came in far below the 26.5 percent mark he'd managed over his previous four seasons as a reliever.

Bradley (shoulder) was credited with his ninth hold of the season after retiring two batters and allowing two runs on three hits and a walk.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley hadn't pitched since Tuesday while managing a shoulder issue, but he was available out of the bullpen for the series finale against the organization that drafted him with the No. 7 overall pick in 2011. He nearly squandered a 5-2 lead, but Hector Neris came on to replace him with two outs in the top of the eighth and stranded the tying and go-ahead runs on base.

Bradley was unavailable for Friday's game against the Diamondbacks due to a shoulder injury, Matt Breen of The Philadelphia Inquirer reports.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley allowed two runs in one inning to take the loss against the Rays on Tuesday, and manager Joe Girardi revealed that the right-hander has been dealing with a shoulder issue. However, he's expected to be available out of the bullpen during Saturday's matchup against Arizona.

Bradley allowed an unearned run on a pair of hits but secured his second save of the year in Thursday's win over the Nationals.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley was tasked with preserving a 7-5 lead and withstood a double, single and throwing error that brought Washington to within a run. Bradley has managed only 17 strikeouts in 32 innings this season, but he's allowed just one earned run over his last 14 appearances dating back to the end of June. New addition Ian Kennedy has yet to pitch in a save situation since being acquired last week, while Bradley and Jose Alvarado have each earned saves in that time, making this a situation to monitor in the days ahead.

Bradley (5-1) allowed a run on two hits and a walk in one inning, but he earned the win Monday versus Washington.
EDGE Analysis
Bradley wasn't able to keep Philadelphia's deficit to one run, but it didn't matter when Andrew McCutchen walked it off in the bottom of the ninth inning. The right-hander's 10-inning scoreless streak ended Monday, but he's been fairly solid in July, collecting four holds and two wins. The reliever has a 3.21 ERA, 1.54 WHIP and 15:16 K:BB across 28 innings, which suggests he's enjoyed a fair amount of good luck so far.

Bradley (4-1) allowed one hit and zero runs over 1.2 innings in Game 1 of Friday's doubleheader against the Marlins and picked up the win.
EDGE Analysis
He was sandwiched in between starter Matt Moore and closer Ranger Suarez en route to to a successful 5-2 win in the first game of the second half of the season. Bradley has a discouraging streak of seven appearances (7.2 innings) without recording a strikeout, although he has only given up one earned run over that stretch.

Bradley allowed a solo home run in one inning to earn the save in Sunday's 4-2 win over the Mets.
EDGE Analysis
With Philadelphia's closing committee performing poorly lately, manager Joe Girardi turned to Bradley to protect a three-run lead Sunday. The 28-year-old was able to overcome a one-out homer to Kevin Pillar to secure his first save of the year. Bradley has hardly inspired confidence this year with a 4.24 ERA, 1.71 WHIP and 13:12 K:BB across 17 innings. In addition to Sunday's save, the reliever has added a hold, a blown save and a 3-1 record across 20 outings. Bradley saw some time as a closer in Arizona in 2019, so he may continue to get ninth-inning looks while both Hector Neris and Jose Alvarado work through their struggles.
