Pollock (hand) is expected to resume his rehab assignment at Triple-A Reno over the weekend, the Associated Press reports. The Diamondbacks halted Pollock's assignment after he was struck by a pitch in his injured hand during an Arizona League game, but much to the team's relief, he checked out fine after further testing. If he can get in about 10-15 at-bats without incident at Reno over the next few days, Pollock could be activated from the DL at some point early next week.
