Harrison (ankle, hand) said his ankle "stiffened up" on him later in Friday's game after he injured it in the fifth inning. "Toward the last inning the ankle stiffened up, the adrenaline wore down a little bit, but it's all right," Harrison said in the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review. "I was able to finish the game, which is a good thing." Harrison was also seen nursing his left hand in the dugout following the same sequence of events during which he rolled his left ankle. He missed a bit of time in mid-June with a similar ankle problem, so it wouldn't be surprising to the see the Bucs play it safe with him and rest him Saturday. On the other hand, the depleted Pirates might find it tough to rest a player hitting .500 (15-for-30) thus far in August.
