Calhoun is out of the lineup Thursday against the Dodgers. Calhoun will take a seat Thursday with the left-handed Hyun-Jin Ryu on the mound for the Dodgers. Collin Cowgill will take the start in his place, playing right field and batting ninth for the Angels.
