Napoli isn't in the lineup Tuesday at St. Louis, Pete Abraham of the Boston Globe reports. The lack of a designated hitter will bump Napoli from his typical spot at first base in order to keep David Ortiz's bat in the lineup. With two more games upcoming in St. Louis, it's unclear if Napoli will make anything other than a pinch appearance, despite reaching base in four consecutive contests.
