Josh Rutledge (illness) will be available in an emergency on Wednesday night versus the Cubs. Rutledge is still getting over the upper respiratory infection that kept him out of the lineup on Monday and Tuesday. He'll be on the bench again Wednesday but could enter late as a pinch-hitter or defensive replacement.
