Mets manager Terry Collins said Ruben Tejada feels "pretty good" after leaving Wednesday's game due to being hit in the head with a pitch. It's good news, as Tejada could have easily been more seriously injured. Team doctors said he has no concussion symptoms, so a roster move won't be made at this time. Tejada will travel home with the team and should be back in the lineup shortly.
