John Lackey allowed just one run and two hits over seven innings Monday in a win over the Blue Jays. Erik Kratz and Juan Francisco delivered back-to-back doubles in the third. As it turned out, they'd be the only Jays to reach against Lackey. He was at just 76 pitches when he was removed, but the Red Sox were up 14-1 and wanted to get Felix Doubront and Craig Breslow some work (neither had pitched since prior to the All-Star break). Lackey is now 11-6 with a 3.60 ERA.
