According to Gordon Wittenmeyer of the Chicago Sun-Times, the Yankees could be interested in acquiring Edwin Jackson. While Jackson is still owed roughly $26 million through the end of the 2016 season, the Yankees are desperate for rotation help and could certainly use another arm that's capable of eating innings. He owns a 5.61 ERA, 1.56 WHIP and 100/49 K/BB ratio over 110 2/3 innings on the year.
