Nathan Eovaldi was knocked around for a season-high eight runs over four-plus innings Friday in a loss to the Giants. Eovaldi was pulled after he gave up four runs on four hits to begin the fifth inning. He struck out five and walked one in the loss. He now sits at 5-5 on the year and owns a 4.08 ERA across 20 starts, his highest since early April. He'll attempt to bounce back next week against the Braves.
