Shelby Miller will begin the second half in the Cardinals' bullpen. The club will go with four starters for now with a couple off days coming up. It's possible, but not a given, that Miller will re-enter the rotation later this month. The right-hander has a 7.30 ERA over his last five starts. He'll be available out of the bullpen starting on Friday.
