Joe Smith tallied his 14th save of the season Saturday in the Angels' 5-2 defeat of the Rangers. Smith struck out two of the three batters he faced in a perfect ninth inning. He's been fantastic since stepping in permanently as the Angels' closer, now boasting a 2.38 ERA and 0.91 WHIP in 41 2/3 total innings this season. The right-hander should remain a strong fantasy piece in the second half as the Angels continue to click.
