Sportsnet's Shi Davidi reports that the Blue Jays will call up Dan Johnson prior to Friday's game. They need someone to take the roster spot of Adam Lind (foot), who is headed to the DL. Johnson has batted .248/.402/.471 with 17 homers over 94 games this season for Triple-A Buffalo. He would figure to see plenty of playing time at first base and the DH spot and is worth scooping up in AL-only leagues.
