Carlos Gomez singled twice, doubled, and stole a base in five trips to the plate in Tuesday's loss against the Phillies. Gomez hadn't enjoyed multiple hits in a game since June 25, as the center fielder had been in a slump at the plate. Despite his best efforts, the Brewers couldn't bring him around to score. Gomez is still enjoying a quality slash line at .303/.367/.509 with 13 home runs, 45 RBI, and 15 stolen bases in 18 attempts.
