Phillies manager Ryne Sandberg said Friday that Carlos Ruiz has experienced improvement with his concussion symptoms. Chooch will take another IMPACT test on Monday to see if he's ready to resume baseball activities. He'll be activated quickly once the symptoms subside, but until that happens there's no timetable for his return.
