Rockies placed RHP Jhoulys Chacin on the 15-day disabled list with right shoulder inflammation. Chacin acknowledged to reporters Saturday that he's been having issues with arm strength throughout the 2014 season. And it's shown in his stat lines. The 26-year-old hits the disabled list having posted a 1-7 record, 5.40 ERA, and 1.44 WHIP across 11 starts. He missed all of April with a similar shoulder issue.
