Padres claimed INF Irving Falu off waivers from the Brewers; assigned him to Triple-A El Paso. Falu was batting .306/.364/.361 in 43 games for the Brewers' Triple-A affiliate in Nashville, Tennessee. The 31-year-old should get a look in San Diego at some point.
