Andrew McCutchen went 1-for-4 with a pair of runs batted in as the Pirates defeated the Rays on Tuesday. McCutchen has been Mr. RBI in June, as Tuesday's two brought his monthly total up to 24, representing more than half of his 47 on the season. He still has a little over three months to catch up to Troy Tulowtizki if he wants to defend his NL MVP award. McCutchen is slashing .316/.422/.521 with 11 home runs, 47 RBI, and 12 stolen bases.
