David Freese went 2-for-4 and knocked in a pair of runs versus the Rangers on Friday. It was against Joe Saunders, so we're not sure if those RBI even count. But if they do, they were his first since June 4. It's unclear why the Angels are sticking with Freese, accounting for his complete lack of power and their tendency to remove him for defense late in games anyway. It's probably time they give Grant Green a try.
