Nick Swisher cranked a walkoff grand slam in the 10th inning of Thursday's 5-3 win over the Angels. The Indians trailed by two runs heading into the bottom of the 10th, but Michael Bourn drew a leadoff walk, Jason Kipnis smacked a one-out double, and then Carlos Santana walked to load the bases. David Murphy made the second out of the frame on a fly to shallow left, but Swisher stepped in next and saved the day. It was just his fifth home run of the season. He's batting .200/.292/.329.
