Michael Brantley (head) is not in the Indians' starting lineup on Tuesday night against the Angels. Brantley left Monday's game after banging his head and neck on a hard slide into second base while trying to break up a doubleplay. He was sent to a local hospital in Cleveland on Tuesday afternoon to undergo tests.
