Hyun-Jin Ryu fired six innings of one-run ball, allowing only three hits, in Monday's 5-1 win over the Rockies. The left-hander struck out six and walked one. His lone blemish proved to be Wilin Rosario's fourth-inning solo homer to left field. The 27-year-old won't succumb to a sophomore slump. He's now 8-3 with a 3.18 ERA, 1.22 WHIP and 64/17 K/BB rate over 76 1/3 innings. Ryu has the best matchup in baseball booked for Sunday when he travels to San Diego to face off against the anemic Padres' offense.
