Yankees manager Joe Girardi said Thursday that it's possible Francisco Cervelli (hamstring) will be activated from the disabled list this weekend. Cervelli began a rehab assignment at Double-A Trenton recently after missing nearing two months with a Grade 2 right hamstring strain. John Ryan Murphy is expected to be optioned to Triple-A to make room for Cervelli.
