The Mets are still planning on Matt Harvey (elbow) to throw from a mound next Monday for the first time since Tommy John surgery. That's been the plan for a while now and all is going according to schedule. Harvey is currently throwing on flat ground at 150 feet, but he should begin to pick up the intensity soon. He's still hoping to make it back to the Mets' rotation late in the season, but the decision won't ultimately be up to him.
