Zack Greinke struggled in a losing effort against the Pirates on Sunday, allowing four runs on five hits over his six innings of work. Greinke also issued two free passes while punching out seven in the contest. Pedro Alvarez was responsible for most of the damage against him, with a two-run single I the first inning and another RBI knock in the sixth. The poor outing snapped a streak of 22 consecutive starts in which Greinke hadn't allowed more than two earned runs. He'll look to get back on track when he takes on the Rockies in Colorado on Saturday.
