Mets manager Terry Collins confirmed Saturday that Ruben Tejada is still the team's starting shortstop. It had been expected that Wilmer Flores would get an opportunity to be the everyday shortstop once recalled from Triple-A, but that simply hasn't and won't be the case. Collins prefers Tejada's tremendous glovework and has been impressed by what he's done at the plate lately as well. It's a disappointing development for fantasy owners who were hoping to capitalize on Flores' offensive potential.
