Sam Fuld (concussion) saw a doctor again Wednesday due to persisting symptoms. "It's not a setback," Twins manager Ron Gardenhire said. "You're going to have those up-and-down days." Fuld is eligible to come off the 7-day concussion disabled list on Thursday, but that's extremely unlikely. He'll need to be symptom-free for a couple of days before the Twins will consider reinstating him.
