Sergio Romo survived a shaky ninth inning Friday against the Braves for his eighth save of the season. After entering the bottom of the ninth inning with a one-run lead, Romo retired the first two batters he faced, but he then gave up a single to B.J. Upton before walking Freddie Freeman. However, he was able to strike out Justin Upton swinging to end the ballgame. Romo is 8-for-8 in save chances thus far and has a 2.19 ERA and 11/3 K/BB ratio over 12 1/3 innings.
