Francisco Peguero (wrist) has been doing baseball activities at extended spring training and could be ready for game action soon. Peguero began the season on the disabled list with a strained right wrist, but it appears he's finally making some progress. He missed a good chunk of spring training with the ailment, so the outfielder will probably need a good number of rehab at-bats. He could conceivably become an option for the Orioles sometime later this month.
