John Lackey allowed two runs on six hits over eight innings in a win over the Rays on Tuesday. Lackey turned in his second straight strong start after a couple of clunkers in the middle of the month. The right-hander issued one walk while striking out five in the outing. With the win, he moved to 4-2 with a 3.82 ERA through six starts. He'll try to keep it going Sunday against the Athletics.
