Mike Napoli (finger) is back in the starting lineup Thursday against the White Sox. Napoli suffered a dislocated left ring finger Tuesday after jamming his hand against the second base bag on a head-first slide, but he managed to avoid a more serious injury. He'll bat cleanup Thursday against Chris Sale.
