Trevor Bauer allowed only two runs -- one earned -- over six innings on Wednesday but the Indians dropped the second half of their doubleheader with the Padres. Bauer showed good control and was at times dominant, racking up eight strikeouts while surrendering only four hits and two walks. The former top prospect also had a promising debut last week at the Triple-A level and could become a real weapon for the Indians at some point this summer.
