Mat Latos (knee) will not make his scheduled rehab start Tuesday with Triple-A Louisville. No word yet on the reason for the change. Latos, who had knee surgery early in the spring, allowed five runs (three earned) over four innings last Thursday in his first rehab outing with Double-A Pensacola. He's tentatively scheduled to join the Reds' rotation around the middle of the month.
