Francisco Cervelli will make his first career start at first base Tuesday against the Orioles. Cervelli has never started at the position, even in the minors, but he could play a couple of games there while Mark Teixeira (hamstring) is on the disabled list. Kelly Johnson should still get most of the playing time, but he's sitting Tuesday with lefty Wei-Yin Chen on the hill for Baltimore.
