Matt Cain struggled in Wednesday's start against the Rockies, allowing six runs in five innings. Cain allowed nine hits and walked three while recording only one strikeout. The outing brought his ERA up to 7.47. Cain has not been particularly sharp this spring and the 29-year-old is coming off of a career-worst season in 2013.
