Angels manager Mike Sciosicia said that Sean Burnett (elbow) was unable to "cut it loose" during his bullpen session Tuesday. The session was a step in the right direction, but not as big of a step as the Halos had hoped for. Burnett will begin the season on the disabled list, though it's uncertain how long he might be sidelined.
