Luke Hochevar will receive a second opinion on his right elbow Thursday from Dr. Neal ElAttrache in Los Angeles. Hochevar was diagnosed with a sprained ulnar collateral ligament and has been shut down for at least two weeks. It looks like he'll attempt to rehab the injury before considering the possibility of Tommy John surgery, but he's also going to get another opinion on his injury.
