Jaime Garcia will get a second opinion on his injured left shoulder Wednesday from Dr. James Andrews. The Cardinals are going to withhold comment about their own test results until Andrews gets a look. All of this is ominous, and it's beginning to feel like 2014 might be another lost season for the 27-year-old Garcia. He was limited to nine starts in 2013 and 20 in 2012.
