Rangers claimed LHP Pedro Figueroa off waivers from the Rays. Figueroa was just claimed off waivers from the Athletics earlier this month, but now he's on the move again. The 28-year-old mostly pitched in the minors last season, but he could contribute out of the Rangers' bullpen in 2014.
