Reds signed OF Thomas Neal to a minor league contract. Neal revealed the news himself on Twitter. The 26-year-old outfielder got cups of coffee with the Yankees and Cubs last season but spent most of the year at Triple-A, batting .325/.391/.411 with two homers and two steals over 72 games. He'll represent depth in the minors.
