The agent for David Price told FOX Sports' Ken Rosenthal that his client would not agree to a long-term extension with the Mariners in the event of a trade. Which likely throws a wrench in Seattle's pursuit of the Rays left-hander. The agent, Bo McKinnis, said Price would be open to discussing a long-term deal with other teams -- just not the M's. The Dodgers, Rangers, Diamondbacks, Angels and Blue Jays are some of the clubs that have been tied to a potential Price trade this winter. He is under contractual control through the 2015 season.
