Troy Renck of the Denver Post reports that the Rockies have removed Manny Corpas from the 40-man roster. It's unclear whether he has been outrighted to Triple-A or designated for assignment. Corpas, who turns 31 in December, posted a 4.54 ERA and 30/16 K/BB ratio over 41 2/3 innings this season. Renck hears that he hopes to return to the Rockies.
