Darin Ruf delivered a two-run double, drew a walk, and scored a run Friday against the Mets. Ruf has been surprisingly productive this season, batting .254/.355/.487 with 14 home runs and 28 RBI over 65 games. The Phillies are unlikely to trust him in the outfield next season, but he could be a platoon partner for Ryan Howard against left-handed starters at the very least.
