Ryan Hanigan (wrist) is expected to be activated from the disable list on Thursday. It's the first day he's eligible. "He's doing very well," Reds athletic trainer Paul Lessard said. "His catching with the left hand, and moving the glove has been fine. It's just the velocity of his swing and the force on his hand, which is kind of in question." Devin Mesoraco has been swinging a hot bat, so the Reds can afford to ease Hanigan back into things if they want.
