Rockies optioned INF Josh Rutledge to Triple-A Colorado Springs. He was sent down in order to make room for Monday's starter, Drew Pomeranz. Hyped as a sleeper in fantasy leagues this spring, Rutledge is batting just .211/.271/.313 in 67 games with the Rockies this season.
