Vance Worley has been placed on the 7-day disabled list with Triple-A Rochester due to right shoulder inflammation. Worley, who was demoted in in May after posting an ugly 7.21 ERA in 10 starts, has a 3.88 ERA over nine starts at the Triple-A level. The 25-year-old has been mentioned for a possible call-up, but that will have to wait until he proves his health.
