Nick Markakis will bat third Wednesday against the Rays. Markakis hit leadoff in Tuesday's season opener against left-hander David Price, but Orioles manager Buck Showalter has made some changes with Rays right-hander Jeremy Hellickson pitching on Wednesday. Nate McLouth will move up to the leadoff spot while the heart of the order will all be pushed back one spot. Manny Machado remains in the No. 2 spot.
