Mitch Moreland walked, homered twice and then got taken out for a pinch-hitter in Thursday's game against the A's. If he had three homers in a row, perhaps manager Ron Washington would have let him face lefty Jordan Norberto. As it was, he went to Brandon Snyder instead. Snyder went on to make outs in both of his at-bats in the extra-inning loss.
